The presentation is scheduled for November 2, 2026, in Detroit.

This paper outlines my doctoral research on computational design of culinary experiences across anticipation before eating, sensory changes during eating, and reflection afterward. It connects hidden edible tags, spatial seasoning placement, temporal texture, coupled flavor release, and preference-based food fabrication.
